Tangent Fins
Reaper In some areas grass and weeds are inevitable. Until now the options were to use a standard fin and suffer frequent fouling and spinout, or a traditional weed fin that performed like a gardening tool. The Reaper is a blend of speed, power, and pointing that rejects weeds, but feels "normal", even on high performance boards. The progressive rake and forward offset keeps the center of lateral resistance where you need it to plane fast and blast upwind. It's "P-Tip" keeps control even at ballistic speeds.

Drive This is a unique design that blends lift and handling. Unlike conventional foils that concentrate drag at the tip and lift at the base, the Drive is balanced throughout, producing a wider power band and great versatility. The Drive is quick to plane and points very well. The larger models are optimized for the latest generation of "wide style" boards. This makes for "super-pointer" performance without the massive draft. The big Drives are the best way to go for large sail and boards in shallow water without fear of grounding. In smaller sizes the emphasis is on speed and control; a great fin for jumps and freestyle because of it's quick acceleration and grip. In all sizes the Drive is resistant to spinout, smooth and predictable in turns, and forgiving of nasty water conditions.

Vector You want to turn, anywhere, anytime. You also want to go fast enough to get huge air. You ride waves, jump chop, and drag race. You need the Vector. Traditional wave fins are great for sideshore surfing, but are slow and have a narrow power band - bad for bump and jump. They also suffer upwind - a problem for onshore conditions. Swept blades look fast, but don't have the power to buck shorebreak, or keep a low volume board up through a lull. "Convertible" fins may upset the balance of wave and freestyle boards. The Vector is the ideal mix for all around high wind conditions. It is at home in voodoo chop, where the proper twist and tip drag provide control, sweet on a wave face, where the rake and profile aid tracking and resist spinout, and a blast for speed runs, with or without a ramp at the end. You can tear up onshore surf, toss it big, and send it downwind all on the same fin.
